Our 64 m² apartment with balcony is completely renovated. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a toilet separately in an extra room. In the kitchen there is a storage room. The double bedroom is also equipped with a crib. In the living room is a pull-out couch, which can be converted into a very comfortable, high-quality bed. All windows have blinds.

The accompanying balcony offers a beautiful view of parts of Bad Mitterndorf and the imposing Grimming. A train station, Bad Mitterndorf-Heilbrunn stop, is just a few minutes walk away. The GRIMMING THERME is also not far from our vacation apartment. Numerous hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, as well as the romantic Salza reservoir.
