The family-run Appartementhaus Theresia is located in a quiet and sunny area in the district of Thörl in Bad Mitterndorf. The town center is only about 700 meters away and can be reached in approximately 8–10 minutes on foot. The village road with the free ski bus and the ice rink are only about 100 meters from the house.
The location is an ideal starting point for activities in every season. In summer, the surrounding mountains invite you to hike, stroll, and take bike and mountain bike tours. Excursions to the numerous lakes of the Ausseerland Salzkammergut as well as to the Tauplitzalm are also recommended. You can reach the Simonywarte on the Plan peak by foot in approximately one hour and are rewarded there with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking, and ice skating provide varied holiday days. The nearby ski bus provides easy access to the ski areas.
The quiet location, the short distances to the center, and the good connections to leisure activities make the Appartementhaus Theresia a pleasant starting point for a varied holiday in Bad Mitterndorf.
