The Grimminggarten Apartment, completed in March 2021, impresses with its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, a covered terrace, and a garden with a fantastic view of the Grimming. The 2-room apartment has 56 m², offers space for four people, and is tastefully furnished. The apartment features a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, as well as a separate toilet. Additionally, a private carport is available.
The apartment is located south-facing in an elevated position at the edge of Tauplitz. The town center can be reached on foot in five minutes. There, you will find the tourist information center with an integrated postal partner, several restaurants, a bakery, and a sports store. The valley station of the chairlift is reachable within a few minutes' walk. This takes guests to the impressive lake high plateau of Tauplitzalm – a paradise for hikers, unlike any other.
A wonderful wellness zone in the Grimminggarten Apartment is the nearly 16 m² large covered terrace. It provides natural shade during the day – except for about two hours during midday – and offers protection from wind and rain. This allows you to sit outside even in unfavorable weather on warm summer days. The terrace is equipped with a large eucalyptus solid wood table and four multi-position chairs. The angle of the chairs can be adjusted in four stages, allowing them to also be used as loungers. Or you can enjoy gently swaying in the hammock (Hutschsack) while taking in the beautiful natural arena around the Grimming.
A special attraction of the Grimminggarten Apartment, besides the covered terrace, is the beautiful garden facing south. Here, guests can sunbathe, relax, and grill while enjoying a fantastic view of the Grimming. The garden is equipped with two high-quality sun loungers, a large sun umbrella, and a small mobile table. This table can be placed anywhere in the garden with just one hand, depending on the sun's position, allowing for enjoyable morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the afternoon. Vacation heart, what more could you want....
Through the large floor-to-ceiling window front of the living room, there is a breathtaking view of the Grimming at any time of day. You can choose whether to admire this natural spectacle from the extendable leather couch or the reclining chair. A large solid wood table is available for dining and relaxing together. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a 49-inch smart TV.
The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, and various accessories. It features an induction stove, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator. For making coffee, there is a stovetop espresso maker, a French press, and a milk frother. Right next to the kitchen island, there is a display cabinet with a large selection of glasses (for juice, beer, wine, spirits, etc.).
For a restful sleep, the large double bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. In addition to the standard pillows (80 x 40 cm), there are also large pillows (70 x 90 cm) and foam pillows available. Above the two nightstands, there are dimmable reading lamps, which are also equipped with a USB port for charging mobile devices or tablets. On the wall side, there is a large wardrobe with sliding doors that offers plenty of storage space and also has built-in drawers. The bedroom offers direct access to the covered terrace and the garden!
The Grimminggarten Apartment has a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. In the bathroom, there is a large mirror with LED lighting, a spacious shower cubicle, several towel holders, and plenty of storage for toiletries. Additionally, a hairdryer and a washing machine are located in the bathroom. Like the entire apartment, the bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.
Next to the entrance door is a spacious wardrobe with a hat rack, bench, and a shoe rack. The wardrobe in the hallway provides a large mirrored area for dressing.
Only about five meters opposite the main entrance is a covered carport with an exclusive parking space. From here, access to the apartment entrance door, which is located one floor down, is barrier-free via the elevator. Directly opposite the apartment entrance door in the stairwell, there is a small storage area where, for example, a stroller or other smaller accessories can be placed. On the same level as the carport, there is a lockable general storage room in the building where bicycles can be stored.
