The holiday accommodation is located in a well-maintained building with a total of seven floors and is comfortably accessible by elevator – your apartment is on the third floor. In a quiet, rural environment, you can enjoy an exceptionally good view of the surrounding mountain landscape, the valley, and the garden. Spanning approximately 50 m² of living space, the apartment features two modern rooms, including a bedroom with carpet, a living room with carpet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and privacy screens for all windows. In the tastefully furnished living room, you will find a cozy sofa corner with armchairs, a spacious dining area, as well as digital entertainment with a satellite TV, international channels, and Wi-Fi – ideal for relaxed evenings with family or friends.

The indoor pool and other recreational amenities in the facility – such as table tennis – provide variety all year round.
The local infrastructure is also convincing: shopping opportunities, supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, doctors, and hospitals are in the vicinity, and the nearest train station is approximately 5 km away. Public transport is guaranteed with a stop about 500 meters away.
