This idyllically located vacation home is situated just outside Bad Mitterndorf and offers plenty of space for relaxation and privacy with 200 m² of living space and a spacious 2,000 m² plot. The center of Bad Mitterndorf is just a few minutes away by car. There you will find all shopping facilities, bakeries, a pharmacy, and medical care—all within easy walking distance.
The sunny terrace invites you to relax outdoors. On cooler days, the in-house sauna and the fireplace in the living room provide pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere. In winter, when there is enough snow, you can ski right down to the house, and in the summer months, numerous hiking trails start right next to the vacation home and lead through the Ausseerland Salzkammergut region.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
