The idyllically situated vacation home with a 2.000 m² property and a 200 m² living area is located just outside Bad Mitterndorf. In a few minutes by car you can reach the center of Bad Mitterndorf, where you can find all shopping facilities, bakeries, pharmacy and doctors within walking distance.

The terrace offers relaxation in the sun. On cold days, the in-house sauna invites you to relax. The fireplace provides a warm ambience in the living room. The ski slope is possible up to the house in case of suitable snow conditions. In summer, the house offers direct access to the hiking world of the Ausseerland Salzkammergut region.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
