Homemade bratwurst, liver sausage, blood sausage, and much more will be served on the 1st Advent weekend in the inn at Blaa Alm . The different sausage specialties are produced according to a secret recipe directly in the inn.

Spend the first Advent weekend at the Wirtshaus auf der Blaa Alm. Idyllically, the Almgebiet lies snow-covered in the landscape outside of Altaussee, which can be reached in five kilometers.

In the Gaststube, the Wurstschmaus is prepared in the kitchen starting at noon. Blood sausage, liver sausage, and bratwurst are at the top of the menu today. Pork roast, root meat, and other Styrian specialties can also be found there. Of course, hearty dishes (Blaa Alm schnitzel, cheese spaetzle, etc.) are also served from the kitchen. If there is still room in your stomach, the famous Blaa-Alm-Creme-Schnitte must not be missed as a dessert.

Before or after the special meal in the Gaststube, we recommend visiting the Kripperlausstellung with a small Christmas market on the first floor.
