An old tradition on Shrove Tuesday
This year, the Schneiderwirt tavern in the heart of Altaussee invites you to the traditional pig's head meal on Shrove Tuesday in his rustic tavern, keeping this long tradition alive. The boiled pig's head is removed from the bone and served with delicious side dishes. Of course, a fresh cider or a cold beer must not be missing!
