Based on her personal experiences, she shares her journey towards a waste-free life and how this has changed her perspective on consumption, resources, and daily habits. It becomes clear that even small changes in everyday life can make a significant contribution to a more sustainable lifestyle.

In the Ausseerland Salzkammergut, in the AULA of the secondary school in Bad Mitterndorf, the focus is on how sustainability can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life. Personal experiences, exciting ideas for thought, and practical impulses make the lecture an inspiring engagement with conscious consumption and a resource-saving life.
