Incidental expenses:
- Overnight tax (per person over the age of 15): € 1.50
- Final cleaning (flat rate): € 165.00
- Bed linen / towels (per person): € 10.00
- Deposit is € 500.00, this will be returned after your stay, if there are no reasons to withhold.
The final cleaning includes cleaning the floors, windows and tiles. The guest is responsible for disposing of any garbage and refrigerator contents and washing the dishes.

Reservation:

In case of fixed reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the rental price. Should the booking take place less than 3 weeks before the arrival date, we already ask for full payment of the invoice.

Cancellation fees (plus € 25.00 handling fee):
- Up to 91 days before the beginning of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- 90 - 56 days before the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- From 55 days before the beginning of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Arrival

The chalet can be reached by car and is located at about 1,700 m at a snow-sure altitude right next to the ski slopes. A drag lift and a chair lift are in the immediate vicinity and provide a convenient start for sporting activities at any time of the year. The "Grossa-Alm" (just around the corner) also offers a wide selection of delicious food and drinks in friendly company - also suitable for après-ski.

Arrival and departure:

From 16:00 (check in) you can move into the chalet on arrival. On departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 09:00 (check out) for cleaning.

When you leave, you should not forget in the chalet:

Switch off lamps and television
Switch off fireplace, stove, oven and sauna
Empty garbage can and refrigerator
Wash dishes and put them away again
Close the front door and all windows

The chalet was completed in February 2019 and is spread over two floors with:
