Experience the path from grain to bread at the only existing mill in the Sölktäler Nature Park. At the rushing Knallbach stream in Mößna (St. Nikolai), home-grown grain used to be ground. 

Eva, our nature park guide, explains to you how grain was grown, ground and baked into bread in earlier times. 

To ensure that this valuable cultural asset is preserved, we welcome voluntary donations during the mill tour.

TIP: Fresh bread is also baked on Fridays, weather permitting! Find the dates here.
