Dive into the world of alpine organic vegetable farming and experience how fresh food comes directly from the garden to the plate. In the workshop with Michael Windberger, you will learn about the diversity of regional vegetable varieties, can harvest by yourself, and gain insights about sustainable farming in the Alps. Together with a creative chef, the freshly harvested vegetables will be processed and tasted.
