Hearty, crispy & hearty or rather sweet & airy – doughnuts, they come in the region of Schladming-Dachstein in various different variations. When autumn arrives and the larches at the foot of the Dachstein begin to change color, not only does this natural spectacle attract many hikers to Ramsau am Dachstein, but a culinary highlight in October is the doughnut weeks at Brandalm.
