Pumpkin and pumpkin seed oil as a culinary calling card at the pumpkin weeks in the district of Deutschlandsberg.
The Styrian Oil Trail invites its guests to the table. Because starting from 23 August it is called again: Start freely for the Kürbinarischen weeks.
From mid-August to the end of September, Ölspur visitors have a choice of 24 delightful addresses. All the same whether hearty traditionally or culinary refined prepared, for all 24 oil trace landlords applies the slogan: The best quality and exclusive regional ingredients are important.
During the Pumpkin Weeks, everything revolves around the pumpkin - from the greeting from the kitchen, to a variety of appetizers, entrees and main courses, to the sweet conclusion. Every Ölspur innkeeper dedicates a fixed place on the menu to his delicious pumpkin dishes during this festival of enjoyment.
