Waterfall Lessern

Pass the Wasserfall inn and follow the signs over wooden footbridges to the waterfall.

WILD WATER. From the parking lot in Lessern, you'll start off past the mini fire station and follow the signs into the forest over several wooden footbridges to the 60 to 80 meter high waterfall, depending on the time of year.

More information

Coming from Liezen or Schladming, take the exit towards Tauplitz (B145) at the Trautenfels traffic circle. Turn off directly at the village of Lessern and drive onto the signposted parking area.

Start at the Lessern parking lot, pass the mini fire station and follow the signs through the forest and over several small wooden footbridges to the waterfall.

Back you go on the same path, to the starting point

When the water level is very high, the last stretch to the waterfall is not passable and the waterfall is also not visible.

From Stainach-Irdning train station take bus number 950 to Lessern - Bundesstrasse stop. Timetable/times at www.verbundlinie.at
