Our principle is to use and refine regional products and ingredients.

We keep mother cows and other animals on our farm. It is important for us to market our meat, meat products and other products directly.
The main reason for self-marketing is to know what ingredients are used in our products. Another reason for this is that we try to use all ingredients from our region.

For this reason we have set up a small but fine farm shop at our farm.
Here we sell meat, meat products and other delicacies what you don´t get at the super market.
