Filming Location - Helicopter Base

Numerous episodes have already been filmed at the Christophorus 14 helicopter base in Niederöblarn, because the “yellow bird” must not be missing in any episode.  

In order to maintain operational readiness during filming, the replacement aircraft of the Christophorus Flight Rescue Association (CFV) is available for this purpose. The CFV - founded as a non-profit organization from the provincial associations of the ÖAMTC automobile club - is the largest provider of air rescue services in Austria. Since October 2022, the emergency doctor helicopter has also been available in Niederöblarn during the night. Niederöblarn is therefore the third ÖAMTC air rescue base in Austria from which missions are flown around the clock. 

Important request: 
Life-saving missions take off from the base. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please observe and respect the access restrictions - it is not possible to visit the base!
