In real life, this is the Hotel Lindenhof, run by the Eisl family. The mountain rescue service plays a central role in the lives of the Eisl family. Heribert Eisl was himself the local leader of the mountain rescue service in Ramsau for many years and supports the series with his expertise as a consultant and safety officer.

His family is also deeply rooted in mountain rescue: his two sons are active members, and his daughter-in-law is in training to become a mountain rescuer. This practical expertise, along with knowledge about the specifics of the locations, lends authenticity and depth to the series.
