The Wild Water Run 2026 is one of the most scenic trail and mountain runs in Styria, taking participants through the impressive natural backdrop around Schladming. The varied course combines sporting challenge with alpine experiences along the well-known Wild Water area.
The start will be at 10:30 a.m. at the main square in Schladming. The approximately 14 km long route with about 600 meters of elevation gain leads through the Talbach Gorge, further into the Untertal, past the Weißewand and the Riesach parking lot, all the way up to the finish at the Riesachsee via the path.
The course runs over diverse forest, gravel, and hiking trails and offers a unique combination of nature experience and sporting challenge. Good basic fitness and sure-footedness are recommended.

- Drop bag: Drop-off at the black bus at the start, pick-up at the finish is possible
