Via Ferrata Beginner Course including Via Ferrata Certificate "Summit Stormer" for Adults

Safety while being on the way and enjoying every moment in the mountains is the motto. The mountain guides of Dachstein will accompany you on your first via ferrata and provide you with valuable tips on climbing and safety techniques.

From early May onwards, there is again the opportunity to complete the via ferrata certificate "Summit Stormer" for adults every Monday.

When: Monday, at 4:00 p.m.
Registration by Monday 12:00 p.m.! 
Meeting Point: Parking lot "Alte Mühle", Rössing 16, 8972 Ramsau am Dachstein
Duration: 2.5 hours, return at 6:30 p.m.

Price:

• € 63.00 per person without Schladming-Dachstein Card
• € 56.00 with Schladming-Dachstein Card

Payment in advance at the information office Ramsau.

Course Content:

• Difficulty ratings of a via ferrata
• the right equipment
• Basic techniques for via ferrata
• Weather knowledge
• Alpine knowledge

Prerequisites:

• Freedom from heights and sure-footedness
• Minimum age 14 years
• at least 4 persons
• Registration by Monday, 12:00 p.m.
• Cancellation in case of bad weather (including refund of via ferrata certificate costs)
