For over 20 years, the NORDIC WINTER OPENING, the largest cross-country skiing opening in the Schladming-Dachstein region, has been held in Ramsau am Dachstein! In 2026, from December 3rd to 6th, everything will once again revolve around your favorite winter sport!

No matter if you are a professional or still a beginner - you have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Schladming-Dachstein while testing the latest products from Fischer, Atomic, Rossignol, and many more for free, having your skis tuned by real professionals, and then gliding through the tranquil winter landscape of the pre-season on perfectly groomed trails. Or elevate your skills to the next level with one of the many special courses.
