Baking bread at the Troger Mill
+ Included with the Schladming-Dachstein Card
Experience the journey from grain to bread at the only remaining watermill in the Sölktäler Nature Park.
In the family program for young and old, you will learn how grain was grown, ground, and baked into bread in earlier times. You can get to know the technology of the mill, and nature educator Eva will tell you how the grain was once ground into flour. Afterwards, you will shape your own little bread, which will be baked in the stone oven. Be there when the wonderfully fragrant pastry comes out of the oven and can be enjoyed.
