FAQ / good to know
After the online purchase, you will receive your ticket via email. If you purchased multiple tickets, a separate document with its own QR code will be sent for each ticket. Please have the QR code ready at the entrance. After scanning, you will receive a wristband that allows you to enter and exit the event as often as you like throughout its duration. Important: Each ticket must be scanned individually. If you purchased tickets for multiple people, each person needs their own ticket with an individual QR code.
How far is the distance between the 4 stations on Friday?
The groups will walk from one station to the next according to their assignment. The total distance is about 4 km, approximately 60 meters in elevation, and can be completed in 1:15 hours. The route is easy and represents a pleasant walk.
Can I bring my dog?
No, dogs are not allowed at the entire event. Since the helicopter will be on-site, bringing dogs is unfortunately not possible for safety and consideration reasons. However, with your wristband, you can leave the event area at any time and re-enter later to check on your dog.
Does the event take place even in bad weather? Yes, the event takes place regardless of the weather. With the right clothing, nothing stands in the way of a varied and successful day! If the weather becomes a bit more challenging, we will adapt the program flexibly so that all activities can be experienced safely and with great enjoyment.
Can you reserve a seat for the evening event (Dachstein Event Center) on Saturday? No, this is unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons. We ask for your understanding as we want to ensure a fair and smooth process for all participants.
Is the event suitable for children?
We recommend participation for children ages about 5 and older, as they generally experience the event more consciously at this age and can better follow the program points. The decision about whether a child participates is, of course, up to the guardians. There is no separate ticket category for children.
