The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply, with the exception of our more flexible cancellation policy.
All bookings can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. Your stay can therefore be cancelled without giving any reason.
If the 60-day period is not met, the following cancellation terms apply:

59 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price will be charged

29 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged

From 6 days before arrival, or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price will be charged

Arrival
Dirtlergut is located at 1,035 metres above sea level on the Hauser Kaibling in Haus im Ennstal – peacefully set above the valley, with wide views and surrounded by nature.
By car
Easily accessible all year round.
Directions: Take the B320 to Haus im Ennstal, drive directly to the village centre, then follow the signs towards Tauernseilbahn. At Gasthof Kitzer, turn left. You will already see our sign: “Dirtlergut.”
The last few metres lead uphill – and that is exactly where the feeling of arrival begins. Free parking is available directly at the house. In winter, we recommend winter tyres.
By train
The nearest railway station is Schladming. From there, it is only a few minutes by taxi to our property.
By plane
Salzburg Airport, approximately 1.5 hours by car.

Our Dirtler story began a year and a half ago when we took over the family business. However, the history of the Dirtlerhof has been around for more than 400 years.
For 400 years, Dirtlergut has been rooted at Hauser Kaibling in the Ennstal region of Styria, and for three generations, we - the Promok family - have called this place home. This long tradition and history shape every one of our steps. We are firmly connected to the Schladming Dachstein region and nature, and we want to take responsibility for our homeland and future generations: for us, nature is our power place and the most valuable asset. Whether in autumn or winter, every season reveals the unique beauty of the Ennstal and inspires us to act sustainably and preserve the surroundings for generations to come.
It’s a matter of values. Of enthusiasm. Always keeping in mind the conscious action for people and nature. Authentic. Full of joy for life. For a good coexistence. Because the best concept is one’s own conviction.
