Apartment Walzer KG is just a 5-minute walk from the Planai cable car. In just 3 minutes on foot, you can reach the heart of Schladming, with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. Short distances ensure a car-free and relaxing summer and winter vacation in Schladming.
Our TOP 3 apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, make it ideal for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-building elevator guarantee a relaxing, car-free vacation—in both summer and winter.
We’re happy to provide a crib and high chair free of charge upon request. Bread rolls can be ordered upon arrival for your entire stay.
Top 3 does not have its own parking lot on-site, but there is a public, free parking lot 200 meters away! Wi-Fi and cable TV are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
The Congress Schladming conference center is a 5-minute walk away. The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport, which is 90 km from the property.
With more than 123 kilometers of slopes and 44 chairlifts and cable cars, the Schladming Winter World offers access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area—Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm—and everything a winter sports enthusiast could wish for. Numerous mountain huts will treat you to culinary delights.
Schladming and the surrounding area offer a wealth of opportunities to stay active off the slopes: winter hiking, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, ice skating, curling, and much more.
The Hopsi Winter Children’s Area is located in the Märchenwiese section of the Planai and, by the way, can be reached not only on skis but also via the “Hopsi-Express” (incline lift), leaving nothing to be desired. Here, families with children can practice their first turns.
This accommodation is a member of the Schladming-Dachstein Card program. From mid-May through November 1, the Schladming-Dachstein Card is included in the price and offers you benefits and discounts such as free use of the cable cars and buses. The Schladming-Dachstein Card is valid starting at 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and remains valid all day throughout your entire stay, including the day of departure.

If you are travelling from Germany, drive via Salzburg to the exit Knoten Ennstal/Graz on the motorway (A 10), then another 18 km of federal road (B 320) to Schladming.
From Vienna via Linz drive to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn-Autobahn to Liezen, then another 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming. Coming from Vienna take the motorway to Semmering, then take the expressway and motorway to Liezen, then another 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming.
If you are coming from Italy or Carinthia, take the Tauern Autobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the Ennstal/Graz exit, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming
Coming from Graz, take the motorway to Liezen, then the federal road B 320 to Schladming.
Take the Schladming Ost exit. Please turn left. At the intersection, turn left again and follow the road to the roundabout (Spar and L&M Shop). Take the first exit here—to the right—and follow Langengasse for about 100 meters. You will now see a beige house with a gray base on your right (LOOK Dein Friseur).
