In the heart of Haus im Ennstal, Villa Stephanie awaits you – a lovingly renovated villa from 1909 that combines its historic character with cozy living comfort.
Villa Stephanie comprises two spacious apartments:
the Hochparterre apartment for 2–4 people and the Beletage apartment for 4-6 people.
Together, the entire house can accommodate up to 10 people – perfect for families and friends wishing to enjoy a vacation together.
Whether summer or winter: thanks to its central location, the villa is the perfect starting point for nature experiences, sports activities, and relaxed vacation days in the Schladming-Dachstein region.
The Hauser Kaibling cable car – your direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Swing – is only about 950 m from Villa Stephanie.
The bus stop is located just about 50 m away. After a wonderful day on the slopes, you can ski nearly to the accommodation via the Skiweg 1B Markt Haus (approximately 150 m away). To ensure your sports equipment is well taken care of, a locked ski room with ski boot dryer as well as a secure bicycle storage room are available for your use.
As a guest of Villa Stephanie, you can enjoy the benefits of the Schladming-Dachstein Card during the summer season. We kindly ask that the apartments are left broom-clean upon departure.
Prices exclude a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person (from 15 years)/night (from 01.12.2026 € 2.80 per person/night)
Please note that the bringing of pets is not permitted.
Deviating arrival times and short stays are possible upon request.
A deposit of 20 % of the total travel price is required upon booking.

From the west (Salzburg, Munich etc.) or south (Villach, Italy, Slovenia): A10 Tauern Motorway to the exit Eben / direction Graz, follow the B320 Ennstal Federal Road until the exit House in Ennstal, Villa Stephanie is located at Marktstraße No. 37, right in the town center.
