In the heart of Haus im Ennstal, Villa Stephanie awaits you – a lovingly renovated villa from 1909 that combines its historic character with cozy living comfort.
Villa Stephanie comprises two spacious apartments:
the Hochparterre apartment for 2–4 people and the Beletage apartment for 4-6 people.
Together, the entire house can accommodate up to 10 people – perfect for families and friends wishing to enjoy a vacation together.
Whether summer or winter: thanks to its central location, the villa is the perfect starting point for nature experiences, sports activities, and relaxed vacation days in the Schladming-Dachstein region.
The Hauser Kaibling cable car – your direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Swing – is only about 950 m from Villa Stephanie.
The bus stop is located just about 50 m away. After a wonderful day on the slopes, you can ski nearly to the accommodation via the Skiweg 1B Markt Haus (approximately 150 m away). To ensure your sports equipment is well taken care of, a locked ski room with ski boot dryer as well as a secure bicycle storage room are available for your use.

Our rates include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
We kindly ask that the apartment is left in a swept-clean condition upon departure.
Rates are exclusive of the local tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person/night).
Please note that pets are not permitted.

A deposit of 20% of the travel price is required at the time of booking.

How to get here:
From the East (Vienna / Linz / Graz):
Take the A9 Phyrnautobahn to the Liezen exit, then follow the B320 Ennstal Bundesstraße towards Schladming. Take the exit to Haus im Ennstal. Villa Stephanie is located in the Marktstraße No. 37, right in the village center.
From the West (Salzburg, Munich) or South (Villach, Italy, Slovenia):
Take the A10 Tauernautobahn to the Eben exit / direction Graz, then follow the B320 Ennstal Bundesstraße to the exit Haus im Ennstal. Villa Stephanie is located in the Marktstraße No. 37, right in the village center.
