<p>Conditions</p>
- Price per night, excluding meals
- €49 for final cleaning per apartment
- Short-stay surcharge of 5% on the room rate for stays of up to and including 3 nights
- Long-stay discount of 5% on the room rate for stays of 14 nights or more
- Minimum stay – summer & winter seasons 3 nights, spring & autumn seasons 2 nights
- Daily check-in and check-out – except for check-in on Friday and check-out on Sunday during the summer and winter seasons
- Cancellation policy: Guests receive a full refund up to 14 days before check-in. After that, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount applies.
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount payable 10 days after booking
