Here some important information for your arrival.
- Your studio and your reserved parking space will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
- You’ll find the studio keys in the key safe at the main entrance, located at the address Hochstraße 565 in Schladming.
- The code for the key safe you will receive before your arrival via e-mail.
- The studio is on the first floor, TOP 16.
- The parking space is located above the garage and it is marked with the sign "Hotel UND"
- Please return the key to the safe at check-out, using the same code as for your arrival.

And who’s behind it? WE, the Struber host family, consisting of Martin, Sabrina, Hermine & Leo. Sports enthusiasts, mountain lovers, dog owners, nature folks, vacation fans, and, of course, proud Schladming locals.
With the Hotel UND, we are fulfilling our long-held dream of having our own hotel and are eagerly embarking on an exciting adventure.
