After a day full of mountain adventures, you will find a special kind of retreat here: the carefully selected design elements and the all-round view of the mountains in the panorama of the region Schladming-Dachstein create a unique ambience that invites you to switch off and recharge your batteries.
On 150 m², the luxurious flat offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 4 people - 2 bedrooms for 2 people each. You can relax on the spacious couch and enjoy the 75" smart TV. In summer you can relax on the loggia and enjoy the evening. Only a 2-minute walk from the "Planai West" valley station and a 5-minute walk from the centre of the World Cup town of Schladming, which means that there are no limits to the holiday experience, both in summer and winter, in terms of sports and culinary delights.

Your arrival is possible from 3 pm.
Check-out:
We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am at the latest.
Dogs:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
Smoking:
Our house is a non-smoking house, therefore we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms.
Cancellation conditions:
Please note our cancellation conditions:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival.
- For cancellations from 29 days to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
- For cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- In case of no-show we charge 100% of the total price.

Contact & Directions
The LOFT is situated in the back, grey building and can be reached through the outdoor staircase - go up till the end and you will find a key safe on the side of the apartment door. The code for the safe will be provided to you via Whatsapp or via e- mail, on the day of your arrival.
