Welcome to us in Schladming. A modern and brightly furnished apartment for 5 people. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Planai Gondelbahn and at the end of the descent of the annual Nightrace. Opposite the apartment is the large Spar supermarket for fresh breakfast sandwiches. The pleasant center and the large indoor swimming pool are also a 2-minute walk away.

Apartment “Schladminghome” is a cozy spacious apartment that is located on the second floor of the building 'Aktivia'. The apartment is on a corner and has no upstairs neighbors and therefore high ceilings.
The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with sitting area. The modern kitchen is equipped with all conveniences such as an induction hob, an oven, and a separate microwave-combi oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge and a freezer with three drawers.
From the living room and from bedroom 1 you have access to the balcony, which is located over the entire width of the apartment. The balcony faces south with a beautiful view of the mountains: Planai and Hochwurzen!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds in total. Bedroom 1: with a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. An ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed and 1 separate bed.
In the hall there is a second bathroom with shower and sink. And a separate toilet room.
The apartment has WiFi and a TV.
In the basement of the building there is a separate room for the skis with a ski boot warmer and storage for the skis.
The building has a covered parking garage with its own reserved parking space.
