On 45 m², you will find a completely newly built, high-quality equipped tiny house that reinterprets modern alpine living. Elegant materials, clear lines, and a well-thought-out spatial concept create a luxurious living experience in a compact area.
The apartment offers space for up to 4 people. A comfortable 180-cm double bed ensures restful nights, while a high-quality sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a large, fully equipped kitchen – ideal for enjoyable evenings in your own apartment.
The modern bathroom with shower impresses with stylish design and high-quality fittings. Large window surfaces allow plenty of daylight to enter and connect the interior with the historic skyline of Schladming.
In addition, a ski and bicycle storage room is at your disposal.
A special plus in winter: You have your own ski locker at the valley station "Planai West" available for your skis – including keycards in the apartment. This way, you enjoy maximum comfort without ski boots in the living area.
