Our lovely working farm is located in the ski and hiking paradise Schladming-Dachstein at 1100m above sea level and is an ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking, DIRECT access to the '4 mountain ski' as well as many other leisure activities in the valley, on the mountain or on our beautiful pastures in our environment. Our apartments Dachstein and Hochwurzen consist of 2 separate bedrooms, shower, toilet, kitchen incl. Dishwasher, satellite TV, WiFi, balcony and fully equipped. Our apartment Planai consists of a bedroom, a living room / bedroom with a pull out sofa bed, shower, toilet, kitchen incl. Dishwasher, satellite TV, WiFi, balcony and is fully equipped. In addition, we offer pure relaxation in our NEWLY built spa where you can absolutely relax in the steam room, relaxation area or in our rustic mountain lodges outdoor sauna.

Contact & Directions
When you come to Schladming from east, that means from direction LIEZEN - Gröbming - Haus im Ennstal then BEFORE you reach Schladming there is a petrol station "JET" on the left side. Turn LEFT + then immediately LEFT again, you see the sign Fastenberg/Planai. Go straight ahead the Planaistrasse - after about 4 km mountainstreet you will reach the sub-way - over there there is the lady-ski-WM-slope. Go just STRAIGHT ahead. After about 500 m the 1. possibility turn RIGHT (!) into the forest. There is a small house beside. At the sign you can read MITTERWALLNERHOF and others. GO RIGHT!! (not left because our sign seems to be left) Then always go straight ahead ca. 1 km. Pass again a sub-way - and about 200 m later you see the sign MITTERWALLNERHOF :-D Have a good journey.
