Located in the idyllic Untertal - approximately 5 minutes by car from Schladming, between the ski mountains Planai and Hochwurzen and in the hiking center of the Schladminger Tauern - is our Mei-so-nett apartment.
Spanning 65m² and two floors, the apartment features

- a triple room with a double bed and a sleeping nook,

- a light-flooded living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining corner, and a pull-out sofa bed with a high-quality queen-size mattress (1.5 x 2m)
- garden & terrace with a playground and a balcony with a view of the Dachstein for grilling, playing, sunbathing, lingering, enjoying beers & wines
- In summer: Schladming-Dachstein Card
The apartment thus accommodates 2-7 persons.
The Restaurant Landalm, the ski and hiking bus stop, and the mountain biking trails “Planai Runde” and “Rohrmoos Runde” are located about 150 meters away.
Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the front door. In the lockable ski, bike, and shoe room, everything can be securely and conveniently stored.
Additionally, there are charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes (lockable) with household electricity.
The energy for the house is generated exclusively using renewable energies (air heat pump and photovoltaic).

Hello dear guests,
We are Theresa and David, and together with our daughters Luisa (born in July 2022) and Olivia (born in May 2025), we look forward to welcoming you during your vacation with us.
We are a young, local family who fulfilled our dream of owning our own home in 2022. After an intensive planning phase, we began construction in March 2022 thanks to many helping hands. Surrounded by beautiful nature right on our doorstep, it was clear to us from the very beginning: we wanted to share this special place with others. In December 2022, we welcomed our first guests, and many more have followed since then.
When planning our vacation rental, we placed great emphasis on meeting the needs of a wide variety of guests: families with young or older children, couples, and groups of friends. It is truly a labor of love for us to ensure that everyone feels welcome and has a wonderful time with us. Beautiful design, comfort, practicality, and high-quality amenities were our top priorities.
