The 2023 renovated holiday home combines tradition with modern comfort and offers space for up to 10 people.
Perfect location, plenty of space for shared downtime & wonderful view: Just a 2-minute walk from the ski bus stop, you can enjoy peace, nature, and a dreamlike mountain view. On 120 m² you can expect 4 bedrooms with box spring double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms, two separate toilets, and a fully equipped country kitchen with living area ensure comfort. From the balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of the Schladming-Dachstein region.
Garden paradise for summer & winter: The highlight of the Seraphine Country House is the large, furnished garden – a true retreat for relaxation and socializing. In summer, you can enjoy sunny days and mild evenings on the terrace – ideal for shared meals in the open air. In winter, the garden transforms into a fairytale snow landscape, where you can spend relaxed hours or watch the children play.

Tourist tax per person (Children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night
Final cleaning: € 180,- (included in the price)

Children under 2 years stay for free in their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability, and we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
