The newly built apartment house is located in Schladming-Rohrmoos - right on the slopes.
Ski in - ski out is the motto here
Our apartment is facing west and offers an uninterrupted view of the Dachstein mountain range.
Restaurants, a supermarket and ski rental and ski school are only a few minutes from the house.

Please pay the rest of amount 2 weeks before you arrive at Schladming!
Upon arrival, we require a security deposit of € 200.-.

Depending on the booking situation we strive for your desired arrival time to consider at no
extra charge.
From 19:00 o´clock we charge a late arrival surcharge of € 30.- and from 22:00
o´clock € 50.-. After midnight, no arrival is possible.
