Nestled in the small and idyllic village of Weißenbach is our house, where your vacation can be shaped from sporty to cozy, but always diverse.
Discover the enchanting mountain world of Schladming-Dachstein through hikes, Nordic walking tours, or by cycling with a mountain bike. A comprehensive network of trails and tours awaits you. For running enthusiasts, there are marked running routes directly by the hotel. Additionally, just about 50 meters from the house, there are 2 tennis courts available for you free of charge. Please bring your tennis equipment for this.

Heinz und Sandra Hartweger
Sandra and Heinz Hartweger run the family business in the second generation. At Hotel Hartweger, an atmosphere is to be created in which guests feel at home.
Heartfelt hospitality is reflected in the hosts, the furnishings, decorations, and in the hearty cuisine.
The excellent location of the hotel, in the midst of the Schladminger mountain world, makes it a place for well-being. From the hotel, you can directly access the mountains on foot or ride your mountain bike on the marked bike trails. In winter, you have the ski taxi right at your doorstep, which takes you to the Hauser Kaibling ski mountain.
Movement is the passion of the Hartweger family. Heinz, the host and passionate mountain biker, will show you the most beautiful bike tours in the region. Hostess Sandra is a trained Nordic walking instructor and will guide you on guided Nordic walking hikes to the most beautiful spots.
Fresh products and regional ingredients are particularly important to the Hartweger family. In the hotel’s own restaurant, guests will be indulged with regional delicacies and Austrian specialties throughout the day. The healthy aspect of food preparation also plays a significant role. Guests with allergies or special dietary habits are in the best hands with the Hartweger family. Homemade products, such as jams and gingerbread, complement the culinary offerings.
To ensure that the hotel always meets the highest standards of furnishings and comfort, structural adjustments to the building are made at regular intervals.
