COZY HOLIDAY HOME (semi detached) WITH TILED STOVE & SAUNA
The HAUS UNTERTAL is close to nature and yet central - it is easy to reach by car and public transport. The next ski bus stop is only about 50 m from the house.
On almost 100 square meters, our holiday home offers a relaxing place for families, a cozy place to get together and practical accommodation for sporty people who prefer and appreciate the location and proximity to the mountains.
Self-catering house for 2-6 people with good facilities, pets welcome - smoking is NOT permitted in the house!
Surroundings UNDERTAL
The UNTERTAL is known for its winter hiking trails and the 18 km long cross-country ski trail - classic and skating, starts approx. 1 km from the house - past the traditional inns and alpine huts WALDHÄUSLALM, SONDLALM & WEISSE WAND. The alpine ski areas of Hochwurzen and Planai (SKI AMADE) can be easily reached by car or ski bus in just a few minutes.

PAYMENT METHODS
- ADVANCE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER - NO CASH, NO CREDIT CARD.
- To confirm the booking or reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due IMMEDIATELY.
- The remaining payment of 70% of the total price must be transferred in advance no later than 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you cancel up to 28 days BEFORE ARRIVAL, there are NO CANCELLATION FEES - the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel up to 14 days BEFORE ARRIVAL, you will be charged a 30% CANCELLATION FEE - the deposit will not be refunded.
- If you cancel after the final payment, a 50% CANCELLATION FEE will apply - 50% of the total payment will be transferred back.
KEY
- The front door key is in a KEY BOX on site. The CODE for the key box will be sent to you - at the earliest after receipt of the final payment / at the latest 7 days before your arrival - with an information letter for arrival/departure (CHECK IN/CHECK OUT).
- If you LOSS your front door key, we will have to charge you (new door lock/key). Thank you for your understanding!
PARKING SPOT
- There are 2 outdoor parking spaces on the street belonging to the holiday home. You can drive up to the house for loading and unloading.
- In winter, due to snow and slippery conditions, it can be problematic to drive your car up to the house to load and unload; this is usually only possible with an 4WD vehicle or using snow chains. Thank you for your understanding!
