Haus Elisabeth
Information
Welcome to Haus Elisabeth.
Are you looking for a good and affordable vacation? You've come to the right place. Our farm is located in Gatschen - a district of Aigen im Ennstal - in the Grimming-Donnersbachtal region. Grimming - a mountain with a unique feature and the landmark of this region. From here you have a direct view of it - enjoy it.
Grimming-Donnersbachtal is a wonderful spot, quiet and idyllic and ideally suited to recover from the stress of everyday life. Nevertheless, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming and golfing. The golf course at Schloss Pichlarn is just a few steps away. The Putterersee lake is in our immediate vicinity. It is the warmest alpine moor lake in Styria and an attraction on hot summer days. In winter, when the ice cover is closed, you can go curling or skate a few laps on it.
From Haus Elisabeth you can reach the Planneralm, Riesneralm and Tauplitz ski areas in just 20 minutes by car. The 4-mountain ski area of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region is just a 30-minute drive away.
Would you like to arrive with your horse and enjoy the riding trails that lead right past our farm? Our newly renovated stables are ideal for your horse. It will certainly feel very comfortable there.
Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, let yourself be impressed by the tranquility and naturalness of this region.
