Welcome to our very own Haus Bergfeld near Dachstein
Hi, we are the family with 3 kids from amazing Ramsau am Dachstein. We are happy to offer our beatiful Haus Bergfeld am Dachstein as a rare and exciting opportunity for other families with kids.
We hope, you enjoy our newly renovated house, as well as all amazing facilities around it, both in summer and winter seasons: from skiing to cross country skiing, to simming and exploring the mountain trails, both on feet and by bike.

Prices and occupancy

Last minute, off-season and shorter times possible on request.
The following costs are to be taken into account for the price of the stay:
- Cleaning fee comprises €180 per stay.
- The municipality charges an adult tourist tax of €3.5 per night per person. Payment is to be made on site in cash or by card (EC, credit card) or PayPal.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. 50% payment in advance latest 30 days before arrival.
50% of costs are refundable if canceled 7 to 30 days before arrival day.
100% payment is due latest 7 days before arrival date.
25% of costs are to be reimbursed if cancellation is made 1 to 6 days before arrival day.
In case of non-appearance, no costs are to be reimbursed.
Rules
We want you to enjoy your stay, however certain rules must be followed at all times:
-No parties or events -Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am
-No illegal streaming on the internet
-Smoking in the house or in the balkony is not allowed
-Pets are not allowed
In the event of a violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and proceed legally for damages.
