For cancellations, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) This means for you in case of cancellation: Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the price. In order to save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you secure yourself with the Hotelstorno Plus insurance. We also like to conclude insurance for you.
