Welcome to the vacation apartment Berg(AUS)zeit!
At the foot of the imposing Grimming, in the middle of the idyllic Schladming Dachstein region, lies our new vacation apartment - where the world is still in order!
The vacation apartment is located in a dreamlike mountain landscape, which offers countless hiking possibilities. Also in the Ennstalradweg you can get on almost from the front door and so many day destinations (such as Wörschachklamm, Putterersee, Salzkammergut lakes, etc.) or also explore various mountain pastures with the bike. The Grimmingtherme or the Narzissenbad are about 25 km away and in winter numerous skiing areas entice you to have fun in the snow. Also tobogganing fun, cross-country skiing trails or simply a walk in our beautiful homeland are no limits.
It has its own access, is divided into two bedrooms, the larger of which contains a double box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and the smaller a box spring bed with the dimensions 140 x 200 cm. The living room has a pull-out couch. Conjure up your menus in a kitchen with its own dining area. Wardrobe and small bathroom with toilet are of course available. The apartment is located in the basement of our house and you can directly on a beautiful terrace with barbecue area at the campfire to end the day.
Since we like to hike, bike, motorcycle and our standup paddle ourselves, we can help you with tips for leisure activities. In any case, we are already very much looking forward to welcoming you with us - at the foot of the Grimming.

In Espang you leave the B320 and follow the road until the exit Niederöblarn. There, after approx. 100 m turn left, drive up the slope, there you will find our house on the right side.

Welcome to our home!
My husband and I have made it our mission to beautify our home after our three children moved out. Since we now have so much space available, we decided to transform the basement of our house into a cozy holiday apartment. Günther is skilled at doing everything himself, so the project quickly came to fruition, and the end product is impressive.
We would certainly feel comfortable in such a place during our holidays and warmly welcome our guests. Since we love hiking, biking, motorcycling, and paddleboarding, we can gladly assist you with tips for leisure activities. In any case, we are already looking forward to welcoming you to our home - at the foot of the Grimming.
