Our new house is currently under construction and will be completed by the end of summer 2026.

Our spacious holiday home in Schladming offers ideal conditions for groups, clubs, company outings, or larger families. In a quiet yet central location, you can enjoy comfort, coziness, and excellent infrastructure.
The house features 14 comfortable double rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. Each room offers ample space, a pleasant atmosphere, and privacy for all guests.
A spacious common room for all guests invites you to enjoy breakfast together, cozy gatherings, or sociable evenings. Here, you can plan the day together or unwind in a relaxed manner.

Please transfer the 50% deposit to our bank account within 3 business days of booking.
Please transfer the remaining balance to our account 2 weeks before your arrival.

Upon arrival, we require a security deposit of € 1.000,- which we will authorize on a credit or debit card.
Please also provide us with your full address, mobile phone number, and approximate arrival time. Thank you!

Arrival & Departure Information:
Check-in is from (1:00 PM tp 4:00 PM) 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The arrival times are depends on the season! Please come to our office!
For arrivals after 5:00 PM, please call us at +43 676 561 57 17 or +43 3687 94 166.
We will then leave your key in a key safe at our office.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out 8:00–10:00 AM – Please return the keys to our office.
