Our newly built house is only for you, your family and your friends, it is devided into 3 apartments. You can rent our house as a whole, or each apartment for yourself. You have your privacy.
It is in a quiet location, the center can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes and the Planai gondola is only 6 minutes away.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house. It has a lockable ski room with a ski boot dryer.

Contact & Directions
From the B320 federal road, take the Schladming Mitte exit (ÖAMTC building), keep right at the first junction in the direction of Schladming.
Drive straight on to the first roundabout in Schladming in the direction of Rohrmoos. At the second roundabout, at the Schladming brewery, take the last exit over the bridge. After the bridge, go straight ahead and then turn right after the florist.
Follow the road about 400m, after the climb turn right.
After 100m, the holiday home Kraiter is in front of you.
