Welcome to Erzherzog 169, your stylishly renovated holiday home in an excellent location at Hauser Kaibling. Just a few minutes' walk from the valley station, our house is the ideal starting point for an active vacation in the Schladming-Dachstein region – whether in summer or winter.
In winter, you can conveniently reach the ski slopes of the 4-Mountain Ski Lift Ski amadé on foot. In summer, hiking and mountain biking tours start right at your doorstep. The Golf & Country Club Schladming-Dachstein is also in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival is convenient by car or public transport. Free private parking is available directly at the accommodation.
The check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. and is carried out flexibly and contactlessly via a key safe. You will receive the access code and all important information regarding arrival 24 hours before your arrival through the booking platform or via email.
The check-out is to be completed by 10:00 a.m.. We ask you to leave the accommodation broom-clean and to close all windows and doors when departing.
