For over 900 years, we have been maintaining this farm in the heart of the Enns Valley — overlooking the Grimming, amidst the nature of Schladming-Dachstein. Rural hospitality awaits you.
At the Ringdorfer Hof in the Ennstal, a family-run dairy farm, rural tradition meets modern living comfort. Our farm is conveniently located with good accessibility and is an ideal starting point for diverse activities in the region.
Recently, two lovingly newly renovated vacation apartments – Schwertlilie and Waldveilchen – are available for our guests. The apartments are equipped to a high standard and offer a cozy, natural atmosphere with lots of wood and views of the greenery.

In summer, the surrounding mountain landscape invites you to hike, bike, and experience nature. Numerous destinations in the Ennstal as well as the Schladming-Dachstein region offer a variety of options for both young and old.

The Ringdorfer Hut is located in the quiet Putzental near Kleinsölk — one of the more untouched valleys of the Ennstal. Those who arrive here immediately understand why farmers have a special relationship with their homeland.
A hike to the hut is more than just sport — it is an arrival in another time. No cell reception, no internet, no noise. Just alpine meadows, mountain air, and the quiet life with the livestock.

Stays at the hut are available upon request in July and August. We are happy to provide you with all the information about the route, meals, and overnight accommodations.
In winter, our guests benefit from the proximity to the ski areas of the Schladming-Dachstein region with well-groomed slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths.

Host information
Sabine Giselbrecht
We are Sabine and Georg, and we run the Ringdorferhof in the Ennstal region as a fourth-generation family dairy farm. Farming is both our passion and our main livelihood.
While Georg is responsible for the agricultural side of the farm, I take care of our guests and the “Farm Holidays” experience. As a trained hotel professional with many years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have fulfilled a personal dream by creating our two holiday apartments.
Together with our three children, Pino, Viola and Iris, we live and work here on the farm. During the summer, our young cattle spend the season on our alpine pasture, where we also offer a small alpine hut with simple refreshments and basic overnight accommodation.
Our farm is an active agricultural business and not a petting zoo. For safety reasons, the stable area is not freely accessible. However, we offer a guided farm visit once a week.
Our farm life also includes our older dog, who likes to welcome guests loudly, as well as several cats.
We look forward to offering our guests a relaxing stay with modern comfort and an authentic insight into life on a working farm.
