The City Base Schladming by myNests is a deliberately simple apartment for up to 2 people – ideal for those who want to live in the heart of Schladming and can do without unnecessary luxury.
On 33 m² on the 1st floor, the apartment offers a comfortable 180 cm double bed, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a separate toilet, as well as a functional kitchen with everything needed for a short stay.
Here, the rule is: location over amenities. No TV, no parking – but restaurants, shops, ski areas, and the center of Schladming are reachable within minutes.
Perfect for city travelers, athletes, or short vacationers who want to stay budget-conscious and prefer to spend their time outside rather than in the apartment.

DEPOSIT: after booking, a deposit of 40% must be paid via an online portal.
OCCUPANCY: Max. 2 persons
Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night
Final cleaning: € 70,- (included in the price)
