Information
Our small, cozy chalet in the middle of the region Schladming/Dachstein invites you to relax.
The Aicher bathing lake which you can visit free of charge beside many other attractions with your "Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard" is located directly next to our chalet.
Our chalet provides 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet), another separat toilet and a large, cozy kitchen. A washing machin is also included.
The entire house was completely renovated in 2019.
There is also a large storage room for bicycles, skis... and a ski boot dryer.
The ski bus stops 50 meters from the house and takes you comfortably directly to the large ski mountains Hauser Kaibling - Planai - Hochwurzen and Reiteralm.
After an exciting day of skiing, visit one of the restaurants just a few meters away.
Of course, our region offers many other possibilities. Here everyone gets their money's worth: long walks in the pristine nature and snow-covered forests, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, powder snow adventures and much more are on the daily program. We are happy to advise you and tell you some insider tips for unforgettable trips.

DEPOSIT: After booking, a deposit of 40% must be made through an online portal.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum 8 persons
Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night
Final cleaning: € 190,- is included in the total price
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.
Children under 2 years stay for free in the parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability; we kindly ask for a prior reservation with the host.
The final payment is due 1 day before arrival. The final payment is made by credit card. If credit card payment is not possible for you, please contact the host directly after booking to arrange a bank transfer.
