This beautiful Austrian House based in the quiet village of Ruperting is available for lettings, perfect for winter and summer holidays. It is perfect for the family or a group of friends for a holiday within the Schladming-Dachstein valley. Providing a vast array of skiing options on your doorstep and the nearest ski lifts/gondola just a 2-3 minute drive away. Schladming was awarded the bid by the International Ski Federation (FIS) to host the World Alpine Championships.
<p>Conditions</p>
A deposit of 50% required on booking. The balance must be transferred to the account 7 days prior to arrival. In addition, we require a damage deposit of €400.00, provided everything is fine on departure, this deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. Garage is available by separate arrangement.

Directions from Salzburg Airport: The House is 98 km (61 miles) S E from Salzburg airport and normally takes just over 1 hour door to door depending on weather but roads are always cleared. Munich airport is also worth looking at as it often has more flight options.
Other Resort info: Nearest ski pass and ski hire location is at the main ski station at Hauser Kaipling, under 1 mile from the house going west towards Schladming.
