Austrian Alpine Apartments is a modern, high-quality apartment building in absolute tranquility in Ramsau am Dachstein. Located on a sunny southern slope, it offers an impressive mountain panorama over meadows and forests with a view of the Schladminger Tauern. Guests enjoy the special combination of alpine nature, architectural clarity, and contemporary comfort. The three individually designed apartments – Mountain Location, Forest Calm, and Meadow Time – combine natural materials, warm colors, and clear, timeless design.
Spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, high-quality beds, modern bathrooms with showers, as well as balconies or terraces with mountain views create space for arrival and relaxation. Thoughtful living comfort and high-quality details accompany you – after active hours in the mountains or relaxing moments in the apartment.
From the house, varied hiking trails and mountain bike routes start directly – without needing a car, just step outside and go or ride. Via ferratas are nearby, as well as numerous alpine mountain and high tours. In winter, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails lead through the snowy landscape right from the house, and ski areas and ski touring routes are quickly accessible.
The ski and hiking bus is conveniently reachable on foot, allowing for relaxed, car-free mobility to other starting points in the region. A cozy mountain hut with regional cuisine is also within walking distance – ideal for a delightful stop.
A heated ski room with a shoe dryer, as well as secure storage options for bicycles and mountain bikes, ensure additional comfort even after sporty days.

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
Cleaning fee: €75 per stay.
Tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night is not included in the room rate.
We are a Summer Card partner property! (We are happy to provide you with the digital Summer Card for your stay in advance.)
The minimum age for check-in without an accompanying adult is 18 years.
Smoking is not permitted.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted at this property.
Guests are required to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The access to your booked apartment is conveniently done via a key safe.
The labeled key boxes are located in the carport on the wooden wall. You will receive the personal code for your key box in good time before your arrival.
The apartments are accessible through a common entrance area. There is an information board with important information as well as a ski boot dryer for our guests.
From the entrance area, you can reach the individual apartments. Each apartment has its own wardrobe in the entrance area before entering the living area.
The terrace in front of the entrance with a dining area and a large sun umbrella is available for the ground floor apartments "Wiesenzeit" and "Waldruhe".
A parking space in the carport is reserved for each apartment. Additionally, another parking space in the outdoor area can be requested if needed.

We are Philipp and Eva Kaiser with our children Felix and Moritz – a family that loves the mountains and considers nature right outside the door as the greatest privilege. As hosts, it is important to us to create a place where our guests feel welcome from the very first moment and can leave their everyday life behind.
What we particularly appreciate about being hosts is the encounter with people from different regions and countries, all united by one thing: the enthusiasm for the mountains and nature. We are happy when we can share our personal experiences – whether it's a particularly beautiful hike, a scenic mountain bike tour, a quiet favorite spot, or a cozy mountain hut with regional cuisine.
We prefer to spend our free time outdoors – hiking, skiing, climbing, or on family outings in nature. This connection to the region is also reflected in our home. Many details have been carefully chosen with great care, so that our guests not only feel well accommodated but truly at home.
It is important to us that you can enjoy your stay without worries. We are happy to provide tips, assist in planning tours, or give recommendations for special experiences in the region. At the same time, we naturally respect your privacy – you decide how much interaction you desire.
