Information
Our apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Planai Stadium, the main entrance of the 4-mountain ski swing and only 500 meters from the city center of Schladming. Due to the top location and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, a feel-good holiday summer as well as winter is guaranteed. The basement compartment can be used to accommodate mountain bikes or e-bikes
<p>Conditions</p>
The quoted price is a total price and includes the rental of the holiday apartment for the specified period and the indicated number of persons (adults including children), local taxes, Schladming-Sommercard (during the Sommercard season) as well as all taxes excl. the security deposit of € 300,--.
For kids a travel grid bed and a children's high chair are available in our holiday apartment.
The total price also includes the use of an outdoor car parking space assigned to the apartment top 3 and marked.
Travel cancellation insurance is NOT included in the price, but a degree is recommended.
Final cleaning of € 120,-- as well as the cost of bed linen and towels (€ 10,-- per person for the entire duration of the stay) must be paid directly on site.

Contact & Directions
The holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the apartment is not occupied before your arrival, an earlier takeover is possible after prior written confirmation.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10.00 a.m. in a proper condition (emptying the dishwasher, waste disposal) so that the final cleaning and inspection of the apartment inventory can take place. If the apartment is NOT BOOKED MORE on the day of departure, the possibility of a later handover is possible by prior written agreement.
